It is, however, something that deserves a thought. Plan for the possibility now, and you will save your colleagues a lot of trauma and financial uncertainty while they are coming to terms with their loss.

Planning for the unexpected is part of a successful business’s planning. Put a contingency plan in place in case of the death of a partner.
